Maven is looking for an Associate, Provider Success to manage the onboarding and ongoing success of Maven's fast-growing provider network.

As a key member of the Network Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for facilitating the seamless handoff of providers from our recruitment to Network team post-contract signature, requiring excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also be responsible for supporting a provider through their first appointment on Maven's platform, owning system configuration, provider communications, and questions. Operational project opportunities also exist, including: Standarding Operating Procedure development, process improvements, etc. As the voice of Maven to new Providers, we're looking for someone that is passionate about healthcare with A+ communication, project management and interpersonal skills.

To make our mission a reality, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the provider onboarding process, working with internal systems and key stakeholders to ensure a pleasant experience
  • Tracking and understand provider needs; continually looking for opportunities to improve the onboarding experience
  • Triaging and escalate concerns to appropriate teams to consistently meet target SLAs
  • Reporting and analyzes to measure success of onboarding procedures and to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Defining and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to provider onboarding and ongoing network management
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to date database of all provider information to ensure a compliant, active network of providers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in clinical or business operations
  • Working knowledge of healthcare provider types and basic industry understanding
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and projects
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively synthesize and communicate findings in a structured, thoughtful manner
  • Comfort with core business tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic analysis
  • Team player that thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
